The story begins with Geet’s arranged marriage to a young, successful NRI, who brings with him the promise of a bright and happy future. Her family is ecstatic about finding the perfect match for her, and she is married, without really checking on his background.
Geet is a happy, lively, fun-loving girl who hails from a small town in Punjab. She belongs to a close-knit, traditional family, which upholds family honour, respect and dignity above everything else.
Thankfully for her, she finds the one man who is around to rescue her from the toughest situations - Maan Singh Khurana, Dev’s righteous brother! Not only does Geet find the strength of an understanding and supportive partner, but she also discovers a whole new life and family with Maan.
